i had their Jasmine milk tea i believe, a week or two ago and it tasted rancid and strange... i do not recommend coming here and getting any milk tea, mainly just their fruits tbh

To be honest, I like Yi Fang, and have been buying Yi Fang in here and other locations for countless times.

But on July 25th, I bought a TGTG surprise bag from this store, and the staff there was with very bad attitude and refused to give me straws since I'm buying from TGTG. How am I supposed to drink bubble tea without a straw?? As a customer, I don't feel being welcomed at all.

I saw people also posted similiar experience before, and the store replied the reason they don't give straws. First of all, I appriciated the value of the bubble tea, but how much does a straw cost so you refuse to give to people buying from any promotions? Second, TGTG is to save food from going to waste, it helps both the store and the community. Not the vendors are only giving benefits. If you feel you lose profit due to TGTG, why not opt out instead of blaming customers taking advantages from you?

I have eaten egg waffles many times, but this is the first time I have eaten egg waffles that look like pearl milk tea. I want to say it tastes great and the shape is QQ. Add a cup of grass jelly custard to go with it. It is really a win-win ? ?????

On a Sunday night, which happened to be Christmas Eve 2023, we visited this small boba shop with limited seating. We ordered the Large Mango Sago Milk Slush with 50% sugar and found it satisfying. The service was swift, with drinks arriving in around 5 minutes from receipt to hand. They were running an anniversary scratch-off giveaway for prizes like a free topping, which was neat. It's also awesome that they participate in the Too Good to Go Program to reduce waste.

Ordered a longan, red date and ginger tea, which was one of their winter specials. Tea was perfect sweetness even without any additional sugar and had a lot of fresh longan in it. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area!

I had good impression with YIFANG before, but tonight is the first time that I came to this location, and this is definitely my last time. I ordered on too good to go today and picked up 3 drinks from this location. First, the guy did not give me a bag and expected me to carry 3 drinks with my hand, good thing is I got a bag cause I just came from T&T. After I put my drink into my bag, I want to grab some straws. The guy told me "Sorry we do not provide straw for too good to go orders." EXCUSE ME??? You are a bubble tea shop, and you don't give me straw??? You expected me to go home and pour them out to drink on my own cup??? Why don't you let me know to bring my own cup next time??? I didn't get these for free ok? I paid for my order!!! I don't know what to say about this. Speechless.Update after owner's response:I checked tgtg and yes you are right on the app that you did say no bag or utensils. I used to order from another location of Yifang and they gave me bags and straws just like a regular order. So I expected the same. I guess only this location is different. Also you guys didn't give me an option to perches straws anyway. Like you said, tgtg is a place for us to buy the food that going to waste. So instead of throwing them to the garbage, you can make some money back and we can enjoy some food that is still good. If you think $5.99 is not enough wo cover the cost of the drinks that you guys throwing them after work, just make it more expensive and include straws. Not everybody keep bubble tea straws at home.Have a nice day.

I bought panda milk tea, and after a sip I found that the milk tea was rancid, and the sugar content required 30%, but it tasted like 70%. too poor. Never go again. Block ?

Ordered two drinks tonight. One wasn’t sealed properly and all spilled out. I called the store and the lady staff must have had a long day and blamed all the fault on me. And gave me a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude. Is so bad they just lost a very loyal customer over a bad attitude or a basic customer service. Will never go back there anymore.
