The eldest lady serving food at the front desk acted like she had been given a gun. She asked her a question and asked me a question that she couldn’t understand? I kept a straight face the whole time. Do I owe you money? Sausage lunch box, 6 pieces of sausage, thank you so much. First time here, never again.

Yesterday I ordered tofu pudding with taro from uber eat. It turned out that the taro paste was sour and smelly. It was obviously spoiled. They actually served the sour and smelly food as usual. It was really amazing.

Larger location with more seating compared to other ZenQ's in the GTA. Good Taiwanese comfort food and desserts. Known for their grass jelly based desserts and an assortment of drinks. Booth seating not the most comfortable with 90 degree seat backs but hey, that's to get people moving. The all day combo which comes with a main, 3 sides and a drink for $14.90 is a good value and goes from 11am - 8pm weekdays. Fast service. Free parking. Accepts credit and debit cards.

A simple Japanese/Taiwanese bento with many types of desserts that tastes good. The salted crispy chicken is delicious and very cost-effective.

Great food. Mango shrimp is the best. Their salty crispy chicken and sweet potatoe fries are delicious ?

My family loves visiting this restaurant every time we visit Markham from Ottawa when staying here. We love the mango shrimp bento box and mango slush with tapokia beads. Great service.

Very good pricing for the amount of food you get if choosing the bento box options. There’s a wide enough variety of protein or veggies to choose from. Flavour wise, not much can be said compared to the Chinese food in Markham and Richmond Hill but pricing wise, it is quite economical to have a quick lunch here.

They used to have bigger portions, years back, but it’s quite understandable that they had to reduce portion quantities due to inflation. The quality of food has gone down though, compared to pre Covid time. Maybe the cook is different now.

It’s not the cleanest restaurant around. The interiors look worn down and the place is rather dark. The washrooms are not clean so if you can overlook all this and want to go for cheap food, efficient service, then this is the place.

Some vegetables are so sour but they still sell well. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes are often sour. This is not the normal sourness of tomatoes. It is the kind of bad sourness.

The portion is large and cost-effective. There is no restaurant in Woodbine that is cheaper and more suitable for office workers.
