Make sure you come early as the dining room was packed for weekday lunch. You have the option of ordering off the menu or bringing the fish from the fridge to be prepared the way you want.We opted for sashimi style. It was a little expensive but very fresh.
Ate here on the last Saturday of the year, around 1.5hr before close. There were some people inside, but it wasn't too busy and crowded. It also wasn't that loud inside. They have a fish market-grocery set up with pantry items such as chips, alcohol, fridges for drinks, fridge and freezer chests for fish, and regular fridges for other fish. We got the three ways of salmon don.In the bowl there was plain sashimi, a torched salmon and a diced marinated salmon.
