I went there on a Saturday. Maybe the waitress was under too much pressure. It couldn't be called service at all but she was blatantly perfunctory. After I said I was alone, she looked at me blankly, turned around, and shook me with the back of her hand. If she hadn't said "Sit down" immediately, I would have thought she meant to get me out... Where's the food? , the portion size is 4/10 points, and the taste is 4/10 points. It is a taste that everyone can enjoy.

Stay far away from this place because they will over charge you without notifying you. I’m reporting the transaction to Master Card. I called and asked about an explanation for the charges and was hung up on. VERY shady.

We tried the ZenQ at Kennedy and thought this location was the same. Big mistake! We should have ran when we saw the buffet style dishes under the heat lamps but we persisted because well, hunger. Our hunger also let us overlook the food served on cafeteria style trays. When you order they just scoop the food from the buffet area. Nothing here is cooked fresh. Don't even get me started on the bubble tea. Let's just say any self respecting person that loves food should never eat here. We were not expecting a gourmet dinner but we were expecting the same level of quality as the ZenQ on Kennedy. What a horrendous mistake. Never again.

I have been ordering takeout from here, but recently I feel that the food has changed a lot from before. The braised pork rice is very fishy, and there are egg shells in the tomato scrambled eggs. I used to like fast food, but now the quality and taste are not as good as before. I am very disappointed and will not order it again.

Saw so many people ordering the bento boxes and we regretted ordering their noodles. Brisket wasn't too bad but the noodles were quite chewy. Soup was kinda watered down. The fish balls tasted like normal fish balls. The brown sugar drink was very sweet although we asked for less sugar. Service was nice though.If I ever come back, I would order the bento box because it seemed more reasonable.

As a Taiwanese, being able to eat Taiwanese food in downtown Toronto already make me grateful.However, there were some disadvanges which I didn't like. I had take-out meals so I didn't eat in the restaurant. I felt it's oily in the air. Taiwanese bentos have a lot of fried dishes and I think the ventilation was not good, or it just needed to be improved or maintained. in addition, I think the employees weren't given Taiwanese-style training and I didn't feel being welcomed when I entered the restaurant.
server input 12% tips in to credit card machine. Just ask customer to tap it, not even know how much did she input.Understand some customer not tips. But at lease show the amount for customer before tap on machine.

By far, the worst zenQ meal :( I used to love going to zenQ in North York, so I wanted to give it a chance at this location. The chicken chop was definitely not Taiwanese style. It was bland and the portion was the size of my palm with a box filled with rice. There was very little vegetables, too. What happened :(
