Ordered a 4 piece combo in Midland and was given fries and a breast cut in two and two wings , no coleslaw. for the price they are charging this was absolute crap
Take the fast out of fast food..if you need slow service then this is the place for you. One person taking orders and bagging the orders. 3 people in the back. You need better or more counter staff at peak times
Needs a good clean

KFC provides a satisfying dining experience with its delicious crispy chicken and tasty fries. The food is consistently well-prepared, and the restaurant often offers great deals. Customers have enjoyed fresh and hot food, with friendly and helpful staff, including helpful girls who make the visit pleasant. Many appreciate the service, describing it as excellent and friendly, making for a positive overall experience. Some reviews mention the popularity of the Zinger sandwich with extra hot sauce, poutine, and popcorn chicken. However, there have been concerns about the gravy, which recently tastes runny and like poutine sauce, prompting questions about whether it will be improved. The staff, including dedicated team members like Elly, often go above and beyond to ensure customers feel comfortable and satisfied. Overall, KFC remains a reliable and enjoyable meal option with friendly service and tasty food.
