We went to the drive thru at 950pm and we were refused service (politely) because they were "doing the shift change". We waited several minutes and started saying 'hello?' And were told the same thing again! We asked how long a shift change would take and we were told '5 minutes' so we moved on. In the drive thru window we could see a staff person sitting on the counter doing nothing apparently. WTF?
