Food was good .. we ordered 16 piece bucket .. 3 sidesBut the service is so slow . Just 2 employees . When the girl takes the order over the phone or in person she says takes 20 minutes but it's more than that ..High time they add more staff . It's a busy place
Update Nov 11: thank you , I did went the 2nd time after putting order though phone. This time no wait right away I received my order. My previous complaint is very well addressed thank you again Quik Chik . Will come back again for sure.?———————-Pathetic service. No courtesy to customer. Placed an order pick up time was 9:15 I reached 9:35 my order even not sent to kitchen.Staff has no courtesy to say sorry

Guys, you need to do a better job on the consistency. Some days the food is AMAZING and other days it's so sub par. The bun should ALWAYS be toasted. There should ALWAYS be the same amount of chicken - weigh it if you have to. Your buns are thick - the thickness of your chicken should be appropriate based on the thickness of the bun.
