The food here is so good! I ordered takeout a week ago. I first heard about this spot years ago when Suresh Doss did a piece on it for CBC. I had tried their food when they came to the Vegetarian Festival held at the nearby Buddhist temple. But I think this was the first time I ordered fresh takeout. I knew that Ancila was the only person running things from the CBC article so I dropped in to put in and order in advance, after my GO bus got in. And went home to settle some stuff...
We wanted authentic mangalorean food for our house party and Ancilla did not dissappoint! The food was the talk of our gathering, everything was fresh, tasty, and authentic! Highly recommend her chicken roce curry, Tendli chana, fish koliwada and hot and fresh sannas.

Ancila is amazing! The most humble and beautiful soul I've met in a really long time. And her food is ALL LOVE.
We had shrimps curry and rava fish (basa) fry with rice and salad! And trust me when I say this, my taste buds were in heaven! P.s....
