very poor customer service, the old lady in this location ideals with customer roughly and not willing to explain and help customer to choose when asked ,today she on Thursdays at evening time she reminded in an aggressive way that I am taking too much time to decide. they should train their employees a good customer service.
Yesterday I bought an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins Glen Erin branch and I told them I needed spoons. They didn't give me spoons because as they said you bought an ice cream cake, not an ice cream!!
