Called ahead and ordered a pie for dinner. Arrived to the store and there was a family ahead of me waiting on their order.I was acknowledged which was nice. The young lady at the front was friendly and looked up my order. It would be a few minutes. I paid for the food and $1.25 for a dipping sauce.While I waited a couple more people came and were served in the same manner. Didn't have enough lasagna for my order, the sandwiches were dry, stinging with the sauce. One thing that I found annoying, he asked me what I wanted before he got to the cash register, and then when he finished what he was doing, he asked me to repeat the entire order again. Not sure if I will go back to this location again. Pizza Nova service overall going down. Second location with issues.
