This location is much better about following directions that the Dundas location- recommend if you are ordering online.
Food was cold and didn't appear as fresh. It may be that this chain is just not as good as they used to be.

Me and my husband ordered Chicken burrito last night , my husband is lactose intolerant. His stomach get upset right after eating chicken burrito . We end up going to shoppers for medicine and it got worst we have to go to Emergency. I called this morning to let them know , I asked for supervisor they said they have no supervisor then I explain what happened and then all of sudden a girl named Aman took over the phone and said she is supervisor not even sure if she was . She checked everything and asked me to wait for call from Manager because we haven’t selected anything that has lactose . A manager called he didn’t say his name barely speaking English . Asking F me what I ordered . When Manager calls usually they come with investigation done he didn’t show any sympathy because our Halloween was ruined . He said he checked the recording I need that recordings for my satisfaction because my husband haven’t eat anything after that meal and he got sick. The manager told me take a legal action and said good night . Seems he was I. Sleep it’s noon . Wake up …… rather than showing some sympathy and working on make it right Manager showed tons of attitude. These places should be closed who are playing with people’s health. Very disappointed, that was a place we usually go and I remember the guy working in front who was very generous and kind . This was not expected.

Burrito Boyz on Burnhamthorpe is fantastic! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly to order. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. We ordered bean and cheese burrito, was really good. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or a late-night bite, the service is fast and the portions are generous. Definitely one of the best spots for burritos in the area! Highly recommended.
