Our experience from the moment from walking in until leaving was good except the floors & tables were dirty; there weren't any customers when we arrived so they should have cleaned the place in the meantime.

I was having some trouble figuring out to get 16pc spicy or some mild on the side with family on the phone. I had decided spicy, and by the time I was told to have some regular on the side, the staff informed me it was too late. I was okay with this, and so I decided to purchase their Spring Sale $19.99 6 Piece with 2 regular side to make up the missing mild chicken. Instead, I get home and find out they switched half of my order with mild and half with spicy without informing...
