I came to different franchise of congee queen and without fail, they’ve always delivered. Service could be better though. Sometime people don’t go in group but they will order more to try. If anyone from head office listens, please let customers sit in spacious table. They are always busy though, no matter where you go. I went countless of times.
Food is OK, consistent. Service is below average, staff couldn't understand our order. One if our item was missed, we went through 4 waiters before getting our order. Kind of disappointed with that.Today, one of our order was later than usual with the side dish soup cold.

Have always loved Congee Queen in the east end. This location though has some catching up to do. The food quality is decent but not as good as we’ve come to expect from the chain.Most recent experience, we tried some desserts. Bubble tea was ok, but small. The glutinous rice was ordered hot, but it was barely lukewarm.Will probably go again out of a shortage of real Chinese food options though
