This is my fav place for bubble tea. Great and friendly service. For price wise, it is reasonable. I usually go with no syrup since the bubble already have syrup. It is perfect for my taste. Not too sweet. Unlike other franchise, its too sweet for me thought no sugar added on top of the bubble.
Very pleasant bubble tea place. The two owners(?) are there everyday to greet you with happy faces. Drinks are consistent in flavour, not overly sweet like more chains which is nice for a change. They also use Vicinity for those two use it.

The bubble tea here is OK. Their bubbles are a bit more chewy than what I like, but the tea flavors are great. I strongly recommend bubble tea lovers to give it a try if you haven't been to this place!
