Najia is an extremely hard worker and I've always received such great customer service from her whenever she is working.
She is very friendly, always smiling and a caring person for this busy harveys location.
I've known her for 10+years working and never have had a bad experience with her. She is really patient and asks the right questions when placing an order. She never rushes a person and let's the customers know we can trust her with food orders.

Ordered from drive window. My grill chicken sandwich was cold like it has been sitting there. On top of that my fries tasted like it was cooked with old oil. Even the employee at the window couldn’t even speak a word of English. Worst Harvey’s I have ever been too. I’m truly disappointed in this location and now I see why it has the lowest rating out of the rest of the locations.
