Nice experience. The matcha bun was just right, not sweet nor really bitter. The custard is the most popular. The matcha latte was decent. I really wanted to try out the shokupan but the run out. The setting is not ubiquitous and elusive but rather befitting a simple Japanese setting. The only thing I wish they had was a discount for a combo or something in that alley. Hattendo is a small shop located in the Food District at SQ1. I have previously tried the strawberry flavour which was okay, the chocolate which is good and the custard which is the BEST one in my opinion.
