I went here for lunch today on a mother daughter date because she wanted Nutella waffles. This place was dead inside and after spending some time there I understood why.
This establishment is the very embodiment of greed and unchecked capitalism with sub standard service.
They charge the same prices as any regular restaurant but you get plastic cutlery. Knives only when requested. Only 1 attendant who probably was also the cook. Waffles were rubbery. Any sane person can tell you that you need real cutlery for waffles not the cheap plastic one they provide. We left most of it. My loaded Mac came in a plastic container which seemed heated (not sure if it was heated inside the plastic in which case it would be a health hazard). It seemed loaded with only ketchup and mayo mix…
They had a foosball table but in order to play you need to dish out $5 for 15 mins.
They will not serve regular water and if you are thirsty you will HAVE to buy bottled water.
By the end of my lunch, I was just disgusted overall.
PS: If you do choose to dine in here… I do not recommend tipping the attendant. It was a waste of my 15% tip.

I had ordered pickup from Uber on 29th March around 10pm. They had a BOGO for ice cream which was marked at $7.99. When I got my order I saw the portion was smaller than even a small scoop. I asked the attendant to confirm if there was an error from their end because their restaurant menu says 2scoop ice cream for $7.99
They told that it's Uber order so we give only one scoop in each cup. This was to my surprise when they mentioned that head office has told them to give only one scoop for Uber orders. This is really misleading and manipulating the customers. Also the portion of scoops were very small. When asked for the owners name and the attendants name, they refused to give stating we have a policy of not sharing the names and they started getting rude. Really? If you can't fulfill the deals, the atleast don't mislead the customers. How is this a BOGO deal when in reality it's not even the same what you have in dine-in? Customers please think twice before you visit or order from this store.

Great place with good food. I was a little disappointed that they don't have anything on the menu for us white folks lol. I believe every dish has their signature sauce. Their milkshakes are good/filling though 👍

I don’t understand how they expect a tip when there’s no actual service. The food is handed to you in a takeaway container at the counter, and you have to pick it up yourself. It’s served on plastic plates, and you even have to clear your own table. The service overall was terrible—no help with the confusing menu, no basic courtesy, and they outright refuse to provide tap water. On top of that, the food was disappointing. Definitely not worth it.

I ordered takeout for their Ramadan special, i was promised 30 minutes and arrived in about 30 and the food was ready promptly which is about the only positive thing in my experience.
The atmosphere inside was quite dead with no one inside at around 6pm on a weekday.
The Crunch Munch Chicken burger and the Nashville burger were both extremely underwhelming. They lacked taste, had way too much coleslaw inside, and were very bland tasting. The fries also tasted like a karahi dish my mom would make at home - it has a very desi-touch which is not what I was expecting in fries at all. The bun was the only decent part of the burger, everything else was very bland, tasteless and weirdly dry. I don’t recommend anyone to order these.

Tried their strawberry chessecake shake, and it was excessive sweet. I have tried their other flavors before, and they weren't that sweet. It was totally disappointing and wasted my money on trying something new.

Today I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon receiving my meal, I found a hair in my food, and food wasn’t fresh at all,which is completely unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, instead of handling the situation professionally, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the issue.
Her attitude was shocking—she showed no concern or understanding, and instead of offering a resolution, she acted as if it was my fault. The lack of hygiene and poor customer service made the situation even worse. I was so disgusted that I ended up throwing up, yet the cashier remained indifferent, showing no reaction.

I expected at least an apology or an attempt to make things right, but the her behaviour made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. This was an awful experience, and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
