Amazing food and very fresh as always

Very disappointing experience at Jimmy the Greek at Erin Mills Mall Food Court.
I ordered a small portion of potatoes (around $7), and when I politely asked for some hot sauce, the cashier rudely responded, “No, only if you order a full meal.” Her tone made it seem like she was offering it from her own pocket. It’s not about the sauce it’s about the attitude.

This isn’t the first time we have experienced poor customer service here. For the price you're paying, basic condiments like sauce should be complimentary. The management really needs to step in and improve the service. It's frustrating and off putting to be treated this way.

honestly the best jimmy the greek location i have been to. the staff is amazing and the food is top quality and fresh.

I ordered roasted chicken its really worth it the place and staff look so clean and professionals loved everything and the food options are good and healthy must give it a try

I ordered on Uber eats for the first time a while ago and I was called back a while later from the restaurant saying they did not have the vegetarian meal I wanted. I just ordered again and they called back saying the same thing and told me to cancel. Don't be on an Uber eats app if you don't have what's on your menu. Plus I was being charged for the cancellation. Garbage service!

I had to plan a Christmas Gala for approximately 50 people. I decided on a Greek menu as Greek food tends to meet most dietaty needs. I called many locations and i wasn't inpressed with the service I recieved over tge phone or tge pricing. I was ready to change my menu choice. However I decided to call one more location even though it was 25 minutes from my venue.I'm so glad I did. Melina was awesome from start to finish. She guided me on the amount to order and what dishes to add for my guests who are vegetarian. Melina's pleasant, calm, and welcoming disposition won me over. Everyone LOVED the food. Many asked where I ordered the food from. There was enough for people to have seconds. Thank you Melina and family for adding to the success of my gala. I look forward to future business with you.

Our company ordered for catering service with Jimmy the Greek at Erin Mills Town Centre. The JTG menu offers a great variety of food items from main dishes to side dishes. The customer service is outstanding, it was easy to communicate with the owners and to discuss food options. We received our orders in food trays, neatly packed. The food quality was excellent. We ordered rice, potatoes, roast chicken, skewers of pork and chicken, gyro and salad. Everything was made fresh and it was delivered on time. Amazing food and service, will recommend!
