I work with animal rescue! Not dress fancy as off getting staff on my close. Walked in and wanted to order food . But as of having my hands dirty i wanted to wash them before. Went to bathroom and they were closed so i asked staff to open bathroom she said no its for costumer only. I said i am she looked at me up and down and asked i i will order.i said at this moment no you just lost costumer. The look at her face ! She made me feel like i am garbage.
Please dont jurge people’ by the look. Disgusting service
Ordered 2 hot sandwiches for my husband and I. Lettuce was brown and did not notice until I got home since my order was "to go". That is completely unacceptable in the food industry and should not be served to paying customers! For that reason alone I would not return to this specific location. Square one and Winston Churchill locations are fresh and better! Avoid thos location!

What a disappointment. Panera Bread has truly fallen off.
Service was okay. Space is clean as it is new. The food is so mediocre it hurts. Ready Crisp bacon with liquid box eggs. The avocado was underripe. The coffee was watery hazelnut flavour.
It’s really sad. Used to love Panera. But it’s clearly gone to the birds.

Comfort food, can’t really go wrong. Only issue is they’re inconsistent, sometimes everything is done well other times not so much.
I have always loved Paneras food at the other location they had that was bigger and better at the heartland in Mississauga been getting it for years, and was disappointed that they moved to a small unit and not too many tables to be able to sit in to eat. I had to wait for 30 minutes until a seat became available for myself and my elderly mom, then when we ordered the chicken ceasar it was very dry hardly any dressing, the lettuce was wilted and had rusty marks on the romaine which shows it was old and not fresh. We also ordered the Turkey bravo sandwich which was also without enough dressing quite dry. Not impressed at all and had to pay over 75.00 for our lunch.., RIDICULOUS Expensive lunch for a very dissatisfied lunch. Was embarrassed because I bragged about Paneras to my mother all the time, and it was a bad experience for her. Where they were located before was wayyyy better quality food .. not going here no longer.

Me and my Aunt went to grab a quick lunch, my first time ever having Panera.
The menu doesn’t have a description of what’s in the sandwiches, salads or soups, I had to ask.
The place itself is very clean and nice, it’s brand new.
The food isn’t good, it’s bland and no bang for your buck..
I got the “Pick 2”, and Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt with the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb.
The salad was sad, only half an egg, 3 cherry tomatoes and the smallest cup of dressing.
The sandwich, the avocado was either over ripe or rotten, had some serious brown spots. and the sandwich is really oily.
My aunt got the Italian sandwich, didn’t look appealing, very oily as well.
Maybe the soups and mac & cheese are more worth the try?

Food was bland not really worth 30 dollars that I paid I was expecting a lot better. Maybe my fault cause I didn’t order the right item. Service was great and food came out in great time other wise nice new restaurant! Will come back and give the food a second chance for sure.

Place was great but it is now permanently closed and there’s a new French bakery in its place
Came here and ordered lunch to go, waited 30 mins + for a sandwich and a soup. Got charged $27 dollars and the food was pretty bad.
The soup was not what I order, the sandwich was dry and tasteless.
Really turned me off from going to Panera Bread ever again.

I have been a regular customer for 2 years now. Absolutely love their cream of tomato soup. I would highly recommend trying that, it's the best you would get anywhere else. Also their Mac n Cheese is delicious and a must try. It has a creamy velvety texture. The staff is very friendly and will help you customize your order.
Vegetarian options: We tried their soups and Mac n cheese that were vegetarian
Parking: Parking easily available and also there is lot more slots in the plaza right across the road

Used to eat at a different location often several years ago, was excited to order today. Happy to see they still had the Fuji apple Chicken salad, ordered full size, my fave is the blue cheese. They came out to tell me they had no pecans asked to substitute Almonds, I declined. Got home to realize they also substituted Blue cheese with feta, but failed to mention that. I'm so disappointed, the blue cheese is a big part of the flavors in this salad. Also ordered the Frontego Chicken sandwich, the chicken was so hard and dry, it was almost inedible. Guess this chain isn't what it used to be. I don't normally review but felt the need to this time.
