Pizza Hut in Mississauga

“Ordered pizza online and paid in advance by credit card. Tried to do another order for additional items but website would not accept any of the 5 different payment methods I tried.

I arrived at the store at the correct time, and saw my order ready to pick up. But the staff member had to take 7+ minutes to receive an order on the phone. By the time he took the phone order there were 10+ customers waiting to pick up orders. Eventually took 15+ minutes to pick up an order.
The staff member charged me the incorrect amount because part of my order was already paid online. But, with the large unruly crowd I did not want to delay further.

To make matters worse, the personal pizzas we recieved were badly irregular in shape, looking more like lopsided squares with uneven toppings and crusts.

EDIT: I have been back several times since the disastrous incident. Food quality is better and more consistent and they are more organized. Wings pretty good. Fries not good. Personal pizzas great online deal on Tuesdays“

“The service from Malik was amazing. He was very friendly and kind. She was very knowledgable and all the products and answered all my questions. we had three small personal size pizzas waffle fries and two drinks great experience I definitely recommend this location over any other.“

“Placed an order for pick up. When I arrived to pick it up, the manager came out and said they forgot a topping on my pizza. He offered to give me 2 free dipping sauces or to remake the pizza. He was so nice and the girl at the counter was so nice as well. Very professional and great customer service!“

“The customer service is amazing. They remember my orders and always cook it perfectly well done like all pizzas should be cooked. :). The main gentleman who works there his customer service is amazing, as is his staffs as well. Never had a bad experience and I eat there alot, lol. Not to mention they always leave a kind note on the pizza box. Tell me any place that does that. Best Pizza Hut not only in the city but the G.T.A.
