Went to the store at 8:40pm, and they were closed during working hours… Online and at the door it says they close at 9pm. Drove 20 minutes for this. Very disappointed! Why would you say you’re open when you’re closed? They clearly dont care and close whenever they want and open whenever they feel like it.

Tried to go multiple times during operating hours but they were not prepared to take customers (lack of rice, employee arrived late, etc). We were finally able to order after visiting on the fourth try and was extremely disappointed. The employee was having difficulty with the POS system as well as accepting payment in both cash and card. Once the food was prepared, they told us that some toppings were unavailable so they substituted it with another topping without asking first. My partner received 3 additional toppings/sauces that they hate. We will unfortunately not be returning.

I used to really like this place but the last 3 times have been quite terrible. It’s quite sad. Today they were out of some common ingredients at 1pm so I decided to go to the burrito boyz next door instead. Sad to see them serving up better bowls than poke poke for half the price. Won’t be coming back - hope things change 😔

I came here on Sunday evening and it was closed. The lights were off and no sign saying closed including Google. I called and no one answered before I left. Disappointed because I was craving a poke bowl and had to find another spot when this is my go to usually.

Great delicious poke bowls and nice size options available. Good value for your dollar if you dont get too many toppings because each topping is an additional charge.

Took off 1 star for the food because they were missing Masago, Nori, and Spicy mayo. Other than that, the food was really good.
Had a really weird experience, we walk in, and the younger girl working there was in the back, she walked out, looked at us, and was just dead silent and stepped backwards back into the back. She was very strange, and rude the entire interaction, she was talking on the phone the whole time, absolutely silent. Luckily I knew exactly what I wanted, I'm not sure if she's not comfortable speaking but it was the most awkward and unfriendly service I've ever received. She wouldn't even respond when we said thank you. Plus, charged $30 for a large salmon bowl with 2 sauces, 2 regular toppings and 2 premium toppings,& an Arizona tea. She was so rude and unfriendly I felt she overcharged as the receipt was not itemized I have no way of knowing. She said her name was Cindy Shikyu, 5:30pm august 1.
Happy about the food, but the service was really poor and missing toppings and seeing that's commonplace makes me not want to return

Extremely slow service and the quality has gone downhill. Rice wasn’t cooked long enough as we still had hard to chew rice grains still left in our bowls

I paid $22 subtotal to get what was a bed of hard, coarse and overcooked rice that had a couple of pieces of salmon at most, with hardly any sauce. They left the skin in the salmon too.

I am happy with the portions, but they need to keep things in stock, and take better care of food presentation when ordering. A few of the things I requested were not available.
