First of all they have an uber eats offer which is buy one get one but the prices on that are double of what their restaurant price is. That in itself would piss you off when you would come in to pick it up.
Secondly the Kathi rolls were sub par. Good portion size but no seasoning or spice. Not even salt.

Stale Chicken in the Roll and Inhuman Treatment – Denied Even a Glass of Water, Asked to Pay for Bottled!

A deeply disappointing experience!

I ordered a kati roll combo, hoping for a satisfying meal, but my experience was anything but. First, the chicken in the roll had a strange, unpleasant smell, which immediately made me question the quality and freshness of the food. It’s unsettling to pay for a meal only to feel unsure about whether it’s safe to eat.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a simple glass of tap water to go with my meal, they flat-out refused. Instead, I was told they only serve bottled water, and it would be an additional charge. In a city where tap water is safe and widely available, this policy felt rude and unfriendly, especially for a paying customer. It’s hard to believe a restaurant could be so unwilling to offer such a basic courtesy.

It’s not just about the water; it’s about the overall experience. A small gesture like a glass of water shows respect and care for customers, and denying that felt almost inhuman. Between the smelly chicken and the lack of basic hospitality, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service and food quality.”

The chicken roll is extremely spicy, I couldn't finish one bite. There is no spicy level or non spicy option on the menu. They only asked if I want chicken or veg for my roll, I didn't expect a chicken roll can be that spicy.

I just went to this place and I ordered chicken kathi roll, which seemed really old the sauce and the taste everything was very soggy and bad I went there to tell them and they denied not even considered the fact that I won't eat it they just said we can't do anything

I like the taste of recipes here. Generally I take the meal with veggie burgers with fries and it’s about 20$. Thats too pricey for the quantity/size of the burger.

Food is awesome. Tried grilled chicken, stripes, veggie popper burger - everything tastes perfect. The wait time is pretty high though, which is the main drawback so plan accordingly. They also have foosball and air hockey table and they are available on rent at the rate $5 for a 15min game per table. Both tables were well maintained.

We tried burgers,fries,momos and shakes.Food is amazing and best for the quality.Their service is fast and excellent.Specially the owner here is so polite and nice.I am regular customer here.Definitely recommending everyone to try this place.

Ordered chicken tikka and butter paneer burrito. Firstly we got our food cold, it wasn’t even warm. And this was after a 10-12 min wait time. Veggies inside tasted like some India subzi to eat with a roti or something so wasn’t even close to a burrito. Better we call it subzi roti wrap. Also they do not even have basic cutlery like spoons folks for dining in and ones with order are of cheap plastic. On top of everything, I bought a bottle of cold water and they rejected to give a paper cup or glass to have water. Overall pathetic experience, as it’s tasteless and misses on a lot basic aspects like shared above. Finally we ended up throwing! Never go! Terrible place!

Ordered a chicken kathi roll and a paneer Makhani kathi roll. Unfortunately, the roti/paratha of the kathi roll was super thin and it just unwrapped itself after a few bites. It came with a fries and sauce that was unappealing. I came for a genuine kathi roll experience and was left disappointed.
