Great food and really nice services, the food just like my home food
It’s an expensive restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Ordered the lamb on rice, lamb noodles, and lamb skewers. Can you believe that that skewer alone was $5???

Taam Cuisine is a hidden gem that offers a unique and flavorful dining experience. The service is generally great, with a friendly and welcoming waitstaff. The food is the highlight, with dishes like the lamb skewers, baked lamb bun, ding ding noodles, and the popular rice pilav with a whole lamb shank receiving high praise for their incredible flavors and quality. While the portion sizes may be smaller compared to other Xinjiang restaurants, the taste more than makes up for it. The decor is unassuming but inviting, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere to dine with family and friends. Overall, Taam Cuisine is a must-try for those seeking an authentic and delicious Uyghur culinary adventure.
