My usual go-to tims near my house, however I had a really bad experience today. Went on Friday June 23 at 11:15pm and ordered 2 steep tea. When I asked politely to repeat the order because I didn’t want confusion between the 2 teas, the lady replied rudely, no i cannot repeat it. I was shocked to hear that response from a staff member. The Staffs, specifically Iman and Neeru were amazingly helpful, so accommodating and made me very comfortable as I was stranded in the snowstorm today! Superb customer service who went out of their way, above and beyond to help me out to stay overnight. They were very attentive, so kind to even serve me with drinks throughout the night.
