Nihari Inn Ridgeway Plaza (Open Late)

Had good expectations but got one of the worst experiences!! It was not that much crowded but food came unbelievably late (~ 1 hr) without apology. Staff was confused and seems not bothered. Basic Half Chicken Karahi for $32 seems very expensive when ambiance and cleanliness was below average. Worth 0 stars!!

I went to Nihari Inn at Ridgeway Plaza for the second time this month, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately it was still just average.

The biryani was 5/10, and the nihari was around 7/10. The tikka was burned. We waited almost 40 minutes for the food, and when it finally arrived, the tikka was burnt. They did replace it, but the replacement portion was very tiny.

Another thing I found completely unfair is that if there are five or more people at the table, they charge an additional 15%. In my opinion, that is an unreasonable extra charge, especially when the service is already slow and the food is just average.

Overall, the service was slow, the food was okay, the portions could be better, and the prices are skyrocketing. With the additional 15% charge for larger groups, the value becomes even worse.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was 5/10. I hope Nihari Inn improves the food quality, portion sizes, service speed, and reconsiders this extra charge.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal.

A special thank you to Fia, who was the best server! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her excellent customer service truly made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. If you have the chance, ask for Fia—you won’t be disappointed!

I was visiting from Chicago and decided to try this place, let's just say never going back and absolutely not recommending to anyone. Let's start with food ordered nihari( very spicy) haleem ( wasted my money, no flavor) only good thing we're Naan and fish fry. Second absolutely terrible customer service disappeared after seating us no utensils, water until asked for, dirty bathroom. They had enough employees but as said in previous reviews they were busy doing other stuff than serving the customers.

The nihari was absolutely delicious! Rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—the meat was incredibly tender, and the spices were balanced just right. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite.

The service by Ria was exceptional as well. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Great food, outstanding customer service, and definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!
