I have grabbed my lunch a few times from here, but I've noticed a recurring issue with the rice – it's often difficult to chew, leaving me uncertain whether it's undercooked or aged.Additionally, I found it unusual that this is the first shawarma place I've encountered that charges an extra dollar for onions
My husband and i love villa madina and we have tried it in many different locations. The villa madina we had in erin mills town centre is different both in flavours and the quantity. They serve more rice and less of everythin else -meat/sides. I came here twice on 2 different occasion and was not satisfied with the food.

I give this location 5 stars for the amount of the rude people who demand more food with extra this and extra that so they can share instead of buying a normal meal for each person, the staff yesterday was dealing with the most awful customer who was very loud and extremely rude just because she is trying to get more food so she can share it with the other person with her .
