I ordered a sandwich with extra toppings. Didn’t get them so went and asked for them since I paid extra for them. He grabbed the sandwich and threw it in the trash.. how is it possible that employees are trained to be so wasteful? I was just missing tomato like give me the tomato and I can place it in my bun. Its sad that this is what companies are training their employees to do.
How is it possible for a food service to close at 7? I could understand 9 but this is insulting to those who work. I just did a 14 hour day to be turned away but the lack of caring at onroute and Burger King.

We just reported this Burger King to the Eastern Ontario Health Unit. My partner and I have been experiencing severe stomach pain after eating a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets at this location yesterday. With only one employee working there to make the food and serve the customers, this restaurant is understaffed and likely does not have the personnel to correctly ensure that the food is not past date or gone bad.
