10 stars if possible. Great local restaurant, very inviting and friendly staff and management. Food is clearly done with care, the fish and chips and onion soup was top level. The burgers and salads both exceptional. Service was adept and attentive. We will absolutely be going back and have zero problems recommending you visit. Well done folks.

My boyfriend and I, just bought a home and moved to the community.
We’ve tried every restaurant now in town, and the Lloyd House was by far my favourite
The food was lovely, but the staff and I believe owner we chatted with was top tier.
I can’t wait to sit on the patio in the summer time!!

Had been to Niemi Christmas market and on our way back stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant. The people working there welcomed us with warmth and kindness. It's a house turned into a pub. They had beautiful Christmas decorations and the whole place just gave good vibes. They also had a local hot sauce that was amazing and made the meal even better.. thank you for your service!

The food is great, lots of menu options and the staff are fantastic! Enjoyed the best hot chocolate after spending the day at a Christmas market

Food was great. Most of us got steak. The others got burgers, wraps and sandwiches. All were fantastic. Service was good even though they were very busy, our server was happy and helpful. Would definitely go back

We visited Brooks Farm and discovered there was no decent food to eat there. We came upon this hidden gem. It is a very cool pub based on a heritage site. The service was top notch, they were playing music from the late 90's - early 00's ..which is definitely a plus.
They accommodated our 1 year old well with the highchair, crayons and menu.
Portions are big, well priced...The only thing - they over cooked the burger big time. If it wasnt over cooked it would have been amazing.

My buddy was getting married and the venue said we could catch a late meal here, wee showed up 20 mins before closing and we're treated like we were family. Doug sampled us to everything before we settled on drinks. Our server Cassie was top notch, she handled our party of 10 plus with ease. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through Mount Albert or just wanting great hospitality and amazing food. My hat off to the kitchen staff as all the food that came to the table was beyond satisfaction. Thanks for adding to our experience.
