Great little place in Napanee! Good crust with a chew and snap, classic sauce, lots of cheese! Great for a slice, or order one fresh! Lasagna and other dishes available as well 😊
Food is good. But loose the online ordering. It does not work right and you have to wait until you show up before order gets put into the oven. 3rd time now. Stick to phone orders only and make sure you give an appropriate time that you’ll be waiting. I have no problem waiting a little longer for good pizza. I just hate wasting my time when I was told it would be ready at a specific time then still have to wait for the entire thing to be cooked.

Last few pizzas we’ve got from here have been sloppy messes. Tonight’s was the worst of them. Very sad as we order from here quite a bit but won’t be quick to order it again. Hate to see local places let their quality slip. Called and complained but was not offered any reimbursement.

Called to order a pizza. Kid took my order, my name, phone number and told me pickup would be fasted 30-45 mins. Went in 45 mins later to pickup and they argued that I never made an order. I showed then my call log proving yes it was the correct Napanee location I called , and they brushed it off. My parents love manma mia's and was looking forward to having a pizza night with them, only to be blamed that I messed something up. Kinda shitty service if you ask me.
Make sure you're making tickets for your orders. Lost a loyal customer
