Didn’t read other reviews. No idea how this place isn’t a 4.7 or above bc the food was above average pub food. Best food in this town.
Service? Agnes is a dream. Above and beyond 20/10.

This had to be one of the most disappointing meals I've had out with my family. While the server was lovely the food was not good at all. Serving size was disproportionate to the price. One chicken sandwich was still pink and inedible. Several of the burgers were tasteless. Overall, the food was underwhelming. Sadly, this is not the first time we've left feeling this way but it will be the last.

We made a sizeable order on UberEats for dinner this evening. One of our guests has a gluten allergy and does not eat meat. They ordered a veggie burger on a gluten free bun and a side salad. Unfortunately the Uber driver forgot their salad. Before the driver even reached my home, someone from the restaurant called me and advised me of this error. They offered to deliver the salad to my home, free of charge; under 15 minutes later, the side salad was delivered by a man from the restaurant and he included a complimentary dessert. There was concern the bun on the burger was not gluten free, and the man from the restaurant who delivered the salad to us took the time to verify the bun was indeed gluten free. This was completely unexpected, but such an incredible act of service. We appreciate it so much. The rest of the food was quite good too, and packed well! Thank you!

We visited Shoeless Joe’s to celebrate my child’s birthday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning.

We waited over an hour for our food, despite there being only one other table ordering meals. We ordered three kids’ meals (two pastas and one chicken tenders with fries). One came out incorrect, although the server did fix that quickly.

The rest of the food was unacceptable. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with lattice fries but was given the sweet chili Thai version instead, and it came without fries. When the fries did arrive, they were dripping in oil as if they hadn’t been drained at all. My wife ordered chicken tenders and a Caesar salad, the tenders were burnt and inedible, and the Caesar dressing tasted like straight mayonnaise.

Our 16-year-old ordered the Southpaw poutine and didn’t even eat half (which is extremely weird of him); he said the fries were raw and disgusting. My mother-in-law ordered spinach dip and a small Caesar salad, and they completely forgot her salad.

The waitress did her best and was polite throughout, and she did remove my wife’s meal from the bill since it was barely touched. However, nothing else was compensated, despite the overall poor experience. She even mentioned that the cook that night “is not the best,” which is concerning. If that’s the case, better training is clearly needed, as it didn’t seem like the kitchen knew the menu or how to properly prepare the food.

For the amount of money we spent, the quality of food and service was extremely disappointing.

Great atmosphere... Unfortunately the service is horrible.. and food was cold and tenders burnt.. server initially came by and took our drink order and we placed the kids order nachos right away.. waited 25 minutes for the server prior to getting up and asking the host to go and look for her so we could order our main ... waited an additional 10 minutes for her to come by (and no it wasn't busy only 5 tables and there were two servers not counting the hostest and bartender).. when we finally received our app with the kids meals it was cold and one of the meals were incorrect...we sent back the cold app and the brought back the same app and plate and it was still cold (they threw it under the warmer and sent it back to us)..kids had finished their meal at this point...and we still didn't have our food or replaced app...
we asked for refills 2x which she didn't refill I went and got it myself from the bar only to look over and see the server socializing at a table... waited another 20 minutes to bring us our main which was also cold.. an hour and a half is really long to serve a basic table table order had to go to the bartender to request the bill and wait another 10 mins... We ordered two kids meals and they didn't get their dessert ..Save your money and time..

P.s. don't order the nachos they are horrible literally can cheese sauce and a half a cup of black means ... Worst nachos ever, for that price I think it would be real cheese with toppings listed on the menu

If you’re looking for below par service and decent food for high prices this is the place to go. $26 for 2 beers…

This is the only joint where you can hang out watch the euro cup and have a good conversation with the staff who are chill. We had the Mac and cheese balls and tenders and they were both more than we expected.

Absolutely horrible experience and from reading other reviews it really sounds like they need to figure stuff out.
Went in with 3 people. Maybe 15 other people in the restaurant tops and out of those 15 about 5 were at the bar ordering drinks watching the ball game.
They had $5 and $6 beer but apparently were out of most.
We waited over 40 min for our food and when we finally did get it most of it was burnt. We then were finished for a good 35 min and our waitress was nowhere in sight. We had to ask another waitress if she could ask her to bring us our bill. 15 min later the 2nd waitress said I'm so sorry has she still not come...in total we were there for almost 2hours.
We will not be returning

We came to the restaurant this evening place an order the waitress been busy with the bar. She brought the food the fries was cold when we brought it to her attention she offered to replace it in the mean time we had the chicken sandwich it took them 15 min to come with the hot fries but then we finish the sandwich and said that we don’t want it when I ask for the bill another rude person came and I was told by her that I’m rude and been rude to the waiter and she saw me but the funny part is that I wasn’t the one spoke to her it was my husband and she attracted me and lied about it I told her I’m not going to pay for full price for the meal she told me she is going to call the police. I ask for her name she refuses and told me to get lost.
I ask to speak to the other waiters and when she came she start telling me that my husband shaved the food in her face and that we are rude she refuse to give me her name and was willing to give me the owner business card.
When I told her that I own a restaurant and no matter what that’s not how you treat your costumer she start yelling at me but at that point I left the place.
I will never step their again and hope that other will do the same to teach this people how to treat their customers.

I’m usually pretty understanding when mistakes are made, however today I ordered the Nashville chicken burger after two bites I noticed the texture of the chicken wasn’t right, looking at it it was pink and very undercooked. I sent it back I wasn’t made to pay for that sandwich and obviously I didn’t want anything else as I had lost my appetite, the staff were very apologetic however I found out this has been an ongoing issue at this location, I was told it happens pretty often because the chicken is thick. A solution would be a thermometer to check internal temperatures, I understand stuff happens so once it one thing but I was told it’s an ongoing issue. So if you choose to go there avoid the chicken. We won’t be back.

I ordered the COB salad and it was missing some of the ingredients such as chopped vegetables and feta cheese. The chicken is not white meat and I asked for balsamic dressing instead of the ranch dressing and I was charged two dollars more .

We had dinner here last night and although the food was good and the service as well, there was a large party, approximately 25 young people. They were absolutely belligerent, foul mouthed and extremely loud with unnecessary yelling. I asked our server if the manager could speak to the group to watch the language and stop the yelling, nothing was done. I get that it will be noisy at times but they were ridiculous and the fact that management did nothing we will not be eating here again. Have some respect, you're not the only ones having dinner.

Placed an order on DoorDash, shoeless Joes confirmed the order, the app was showing “preparing” and “on time”, then over an hour later they cancelled it. The door dash driver sat at their restaurant for about 30 min waiting. I called multiple times and got no answer. If they were that busy, they should have refused the order right away.

Terrible tumor chicken wings with hair and feather roots still protruding after deep fried and a tendin or muscle also. So the obviously seen them prior to cooking as I think they figured they can burn them off in the deep fryer. That grease must be filthy and all other deep fried foods absorbing this! I got photos but don't have the option to share it on here.
