Very disappointed in the customer serivce/preparation of my orders. I have had this same issue multiple times since the summer 2016. Today i went into order for myself and a friend. I repeated my order twice to confirm that the employee heard correctly. My order came out good however my friends order ended up with a hair in one of her papa lettuce wrap burgers along with mayo, onion (which she is severely allergic too), ketchup, mustard and pickles which she did not ask for.
