This is my first visit at this restaurant. My guest and I went for breakfast at around 9:00 am March 26. The first thing that caught my eye as I walked in was a sign posted where they charge a 15% surcharge for parties over 6 persons. Not the best way to greet customers especially if you bring your family. There were about 8 guests in the restaurant. We were greeted and the server presented us with the menu. I ordered a coffee to start. I couldn't believe the size of the cup. It wasn't more than 4 oz. It was weak and lukewarm. Needless to say I didn't ask for seconds. I ordered the Choco Coco Deluxe; 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, crispy potato cubes, crepe filled with strawberry and cream along with a slice of watermelon, grape fruit and buttered toast $22.35. My guest order a hot chocolate; $5.25 and Poutine Philly QC $21.00 which by the way doesn't appear on their online menu. The crispy potatoes tasted like they had been fried in old cooking oil and gave off an after taste. They even let off the smell of burned fries so I set them aside. I brought this to the waiter's attention where he offered mashed potatoes. (who eats mashed potatoes with bacon and eggs). I declined the offer. I had one bite of the toast. It was hard with hardly any butter. I set those aside. The bacon was a bit over cooked and warm, the crepe was crispy/overcooked rather than soft as it should be. As for my guest's poutine, he gave it a 6 out of 10. Not sure I'll go back. First the sign on the door turned me off. Overall the quality of the food was substandard. They need to do regular changes of their oil and perk up on the coffee, reset their toasters, keep their bacon in a warmer. The staff and server were courteous.

This particular location needs to go to the location in St-Jean-sur-richeleu to learn how to properly prepare and present the dishes. The young lady at the front was too busy hitting on the young man sitting at the counter and not paying attention to any of the customers arriving. Food was over cooked and was missing listed items. I would highly recommend try a different location. This is the 3rd location I have tried in the past 3 days and it is by far the worst one thus far.

Food is delicious however the service is not impressive. It feels like there is either a high turnover rate, or the servers are not trained enough to handle such a high influx of customers. Management needs to better structure and organise their teams because tables should not not have to hunt down their servers just to make an order, waiting an additional 20 minutes just to put in my food and drink is a bit ridiculous.

It was a super busy Sunday morning. Had to wait 30 min but ok nice seated enjoyed the ambience of a busy breakfast place where families were enjoying a meal. Service was a tad slow but I think our waiter was doing an amazing job keeping up with all his tables. Food was great, generous portions and a take home box offered at the end of our meal.

I would love to love this restaurant because of the menu options. I went for the first time and I got myself a soup and a poutine with smoked meat, as I was eating the poutine, I FOUND A HAIR. I lost my appetite and it was disturbing. I ended up not eating the soup nor poutine. It was so busy and I wasn’t in the right mind space to complain to the waiter, but, I wish there was a resolution to this.

The system to get people seated is just not working - the restaurant is nearly empty and everyone is waiting at the door - they keep calling people that are not there and not seating anyone - this restaurant needs management

Terrible experience!!!We went on last Saturday! And there was a big lineup which we were quite expecting!! After waiting 35 mins we got our table. We ordered our drinks, I got my cold late (which I ordered hot). I am not sure how long ago they made it.After 20-25 mins waitress took our order and again we waited 10-15 mins for food. And guess what I got wrong order. I ordered a simple sandwich, specifically asked NO MEAT. And guess what I got my sandwich with bacon :(( My partner ordered coco breakfast , which she served without bread so basically he had to wait for toast which is pathetic where you serve eggs before and thn you wait ( cold as well) so basically i had to wait for my right sandwich and my partner waited for toast after finishing his eggs ?Horrible service !!!!I request staff to at least pay attention when taking orders. Some people have serious allergies which could be harmful.Even if restaurant is busy this are some basics that staff should take care!
