Stopped by this Baskin-Robbins barrhaven location and had a great experience overall. The service was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the staff took their time helping with flavor choices without rushing. The shop was clean, well organized, and had a relaxed, chill vibe that made it a nice place to sit and enjoy dessert. The ice cream itself was fresh, creamy, and generously topped, exactly what you expect from Baskin-Robbins. Definitely a solid spot for a quick treat or a late-night ice cream run. I’ll be coming back again.

Ice cream is always good, but the waffle cones at this location are always too crumbly and fall apart. They are not made properly. This has happened to me twice here. Once this week and once a month ago Never have this problem at Merivale, Gigs Back or Bank and Heron.

Definitely Recommended. The ice cream is very delicious with many flavors to choose. In addition, there are many different styles of ice cream cake. Also, Staff is very friendly and professional.

Had a great experience at Baskin Robbins! The Oreo ice cream was amazing — super creamy with lots of crunchy cookie pieces. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely coming back!

I went here tonight with my young child. There was a young man working behind the counter who was very attentive and went above and beyond to make my 7 yeard-old enjoy his experience tonight.
He noticed my son struggling with his cone and brought over a cup and spoon for him before the scoop fell onto his lap. He then overheard my son say to me that he was thirsty from the ice cream and then brought him over a cup of water upon overhearing that.
The level of service received definitely set Baskin-Robbins apart from the other ice cream shops in Barrhaven. I will definitely come back! Thank you.

We were planning to get cream to gift few kids. We met Liam who was very friendly gave us the options helped select the lot based on the choices for kids. Ice cream is all time favourite but the way someone helps with love makes the ice cream all the more amazing. Thank you

Was there last week, very disappointed!! Ordered 2 orders of double scoops, one in a waffle cone, one in a cup. I had the cup- hardly any ice cream in it. I finished way before my friend with the waffle cone. This has happened before, I don’t recommend this location- very cheap on quantity for ice cream that’s so expensive!

I was there on 27 March around 9pm. There was two white people working I think Chinese. The guy who serve us was very unprofessional did not treat us well as customers looks like he don’t want to serve us as we are asking for products. Very bad customer service ever there ..

Great place to eat delicious ice cream! We stop by this place often when my kids want ice cream. The place offers a lot of options. My favourite ones are maple walnut and chocolate. Staff is polite and they serve you fast.

Very nice and polite staff but could you ask them to either not overload the cups with ice cream or use less ice cream in the cup.
One of the guys is good about this but the others keep serving ice cream that overflows when they give it to me. Very messy and doesn't take much common sense.

Very friendly employees, quick and efficient and my order was perfect. Definitely recommend getting a Sunday, tasty ice cream and the fudge was still warm.
