Came here for the first time a few weeks ago. I had the plant-based avocado stir fry which came with sautéed seasonal vegetables, basmati rice, sesame seeds, and grilled avocado. I substituted the honey garlic sauce with sriracha sauce. The dish was alright. The menu said that the vegetables were sautéed, but it was definitely just steamed. They were very bland. I appreciate the effort to include 1-2 vegan options on the menu, but it would be nice to see more. The staff members were very helpful and professional. The space is fancy and perfect for dates and special events.

Chances R is a decent place to eat. We had breakfast. The fried eggs were a bit rubbery, almost like they were microwaved. The rest of the food was great. Pancakes were delicious and vegetables were fresh. The omelet was perfect. The service we received from Leslie was incredible! It was super busy but she still took the time to talk and keep us feeling like we mattered. Very pleasant and a great sense of humor. The noise level was ridiculous! We could barely here ourselves unless we talked really loud, which only added to the crazy noise level. Overall it was a great experience and I will return to see Leslie and I recommend this place 💯.

We were placed in a back corner and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to take drink orders (no one ever came). My husband waved down a few servers and still no one came or acknowledged us. After 35 minutes we walked out and took our business somewhere else. 0 stars!

Worst meal ever. Fries were obviously from earlier in the day, cold and overcooked to where they were inedible. Fish was rock hard cold and way over cooked again probably cooked earlier in the day.
Total waste of money even when they gave a 2.99 reduction in the meal.
This place has really gone down hill. Expensive and overrated.

Update to say that I'm very disappointed that you switched to Pepsi 6 months ago. I had not been in a while and I always liked that your restaurant served coke products (part of my choice of places to eat). I'll still come back as I like the food and hope you switch back to coke someday.

This place is great! Friendly people and delicious food.
Had a bot of a wait to get seated, and there is little to no seatong to wait for a table. The seating they did have was in front entryway. This was quite chilly, especially with the door opening constantly. Also, I did not notice an accessibility button for the inner doors. A lady in a wheelchair had no access to inside independently. The waitress was awesome. Friendly , had great holliday spirit, and was very efficient. The food was great as well; it was a great flavor, warm, and the portion size was enough to fill you up, but not over fillyou.
Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you

Breakfast was such a disappointment. Avocado toast was cold, toast was soggy and barely toasted, guacamole spread was brown, not fresh, tomatoes were old and mealy, arugula was limp. The hashbrown potatoes were so greasy. Wont be returning
