Surprisingly really good! I had low expectations for a fresh pasta mall fast food place but this was actually delicious. I ordered the rose rigatoni and they cooked the pasta fresh and it tasted amazing. It is pricey, I think I paid close to $20 but the portion was generous. I feel like it should be closer to $12.

Safna and David took such good care of me at Dal Moro’s today. Their service was warm, patient, and honestly made the whole experience even better. The food itself was incredible fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. The sauces were rich, the pasta was soft, and everything tasted homemade.☺️🤗
I highly recommend everyone to visit this Dal Moro’s location at Bayshore Mall. The customer service is top, the portions are great, and the food is worth every dollar. If you want real quality pasta with amazing staff, this is the spot.

This pasta place doesn’t open in the mall until 11 even though the mall opens around 9 o’clock. I got there at 11:05 excited to order my pasta when the person working told me that the sauces were not ready and it would be 30 minutes even though they were supposed to open at 11 and be ready to go. I wait 35 minutes and then go back and ask how much longer and he tells me that it’s going to be a while because the sauce still isn’t ready and neither is the chicken. I then wait for a little bit longer, at this point it is 1140 and I finally ask again and he tells me that they’re not able to serve Alfredo sauce and chicken today because the warmer isn’t working. It would’ve been nice to know at 11 o’clock when I asked the first time instead of having to wait 45 minutes to not even get the pasta. I have never had this problem before because when you open at 11 you should be ready to go. The past times I have went I was able to order right at 11, poor time management on the openers part. (This happened yesterday, October 21st)

There is a very noticeable change in the ingredients and quality of this pasta. I noticed it right away when opening the container. The colour has a tint of grey or artificial colour. The taste has a hint or rot. My kids have been huge fans for years and the taste was just so off today. I approached the counter and spoke to the very nice team members. They advised ownership has changed and ingredients have changed which confirmed my instinct. It is unfortunate as the amazing taste they once had is no longer. It now tasted like cardboard pasta sadly. Bring the old ingredients back please!
