Best beef brisket. I’ve tried basically all BBQ places in the Ottawa area now and this is by far my favourite. It just falls apart. I’ve ordered delivery at least 10 times now. Addicted.

Ordered the XL Pack for family gathering. The food content was not as advertised. We received no dinner rolls, and the side containers were not even a quarter of the size shown on the website. The food was cold, even though I arrived ten minutes before our pick up time. The brisket was flavourless, but the chicken was good. In this XL family pack which is supposed to be 3lbs of meat, and should be able to serve 6+ people, we received three slices of white onion and 7 slices of pickles... Overpriced and not good BBQ, no customer service on what I originally assumed were mistakes from their end on our order, but after reading other reviews it seems like they try to cheap out on people regularly.

Dryest brisket known to mankind. Chicken can be hit or miss as well.

I'm not sure how they keep the 4 star rating.

I've been here 20 plus times and maybe two out of twenty times the food was okay.

Way better bbq joints in Ottawa. Their sides are pretty good though. I do enjoy the beans and few others.

What a great way to enjoy brisket. Full of flavors. We also tried their new chicken sandwich. Super crispy and absolutely delicious.
Staff is super friendly, service is amazing. Food is top notch. Will be going there again.

The chicken sandwich at Dickey’s is juicy and smoky, and the bun is soft and fresh. The wings are crispy, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. Both are delicious and worth trying!

Really nice food. This was my first experience with this restaurant chain. I got a two-meat platter, Beef Brisket and Turkey Sausage, with a side of Mashed Potatoes. Beef Brisket was super delicious, Turkey Sausage was okay. Portion size was pretty decent. The place was not busy at all, there were plenty of tables to choose from. The restaurant is quite cozy, service fast, and staff friendly.

Expensive ($22) for what you get. I was asked if I want pickles and I thought I would have received at least a whole pickle but instead only a couple slices.

$14 for a single sandwich this small with barely any BBQ sauce is an absolutely absurd price to pay. Avoid this overpriced restaurant like the plague. Ordered in store, not Uber Eats.

We were here on the reference of someone but very unprofessional staff and we were here for the first time and they never made an effort to tell us about the menu or greet us and just being rude

Absolutely love their wings... cooked just right and the sauce flavours are great. They do not skimp on the sauce either, if you ask for saucy wings.

Their beef ribs as well... saucy and tender.

Ordered 2 small poutines . And it took them 28 minutes to be ready.
The poutines themselves were not bad but not great. The portions are very small ..
It was definitely not worth the nearly half an hour wait.
I understand they were getting quite a few delivery orders in. But I personally feel customers actually in the store should be more of a priority.
Customer service was also less than average.
