I had a nice dinner at East Side Mario's. The food was good, service was efficient, and the atmosphere welcoming. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

The patience of the staff (Serina!) with my 4 year old niece absolutely exceeded what I'd expect anyone to put up with. Thank you! 5⭐

One of the best meals I’ve ever had from East Side Mario’s!!
Fresh, tasty, and well made.
I know it’s a chain restaurant which is usually not my thing, but we gave it a shot.
Place was very busy.
They have new items on a menu, partner got a spicy chicken and pasta dish, really enjoyed it.
( I’m lactose intolerant and everything on the new menu was covered in cheese)
Big portions also.

Owner corrected from a previous visit. Pizza, wings & beer were delicious. Limoncella fresca was phenomenal. Service was excellent. Will definitely return. A++

Ordered online on the afternoon to pick up at 2005 hrs, after my daughter soccer game. Surprisingly, confirmation came in as immediate pick up. Called the call center right away which reffered us to the store to rectify the situation. We are told too late by the manager, noting we can do as the food is in the oven. Although this was a glitch in the system and we promptly called to rectified, I am out of pocket $60, No one can resolve this issue, manage blaming the call center, call center telling us to call the manager. What an unpleasant experience, extremely poor customer service. Too bad as the food is usually good. Adding to my review since following owner's comment, no one got back to me after two business days...

The service was very good. The interior has a nice atmosphere. The quality of the food went down from what I remembered. The potato and bacon soup was watery and so was the alfredo sauce. The sausage in the sausage with pepper and penne was sliced extra thin. This was not the case a few years ago. The water pressure in the bathroom faucets were also really low.

Food and service were great as they always are. I am in the wheelchair and the pathway to the accessible door was not cleared from snow so I had to go in through a side door that was inaccessible and I'm very annoyed at this.

The food is pretty good and fresh. It would be great if they wouldn't close the door at 8:30 PM at the beginning of the week. I understand they don't accept customers 5 min before the closure, but half an hour was a bit too much.

So very disappointing! Was at Hunt Club location on Saturday for dinner; waitress did not pay attention to our order from the get go. The chicken parm was 5 seconds from being totally burned; the chicken fettucini pasta was hard as if it was undercooked and the bill came before we were finished our meal. Only ate it all because I paid for it and was hungry. Left a minimal tip because I felt guilty not tipping at all; the dishes were clean. My friend took her meal in a "to go" box to take home to be polite but she did mention her dissatisfaction to the waitress who didn't seem to care at all; she didn't even acknowledge her and just walked away. Only thing that has not changed and was really good was the house salad. Was shopping this morning and talking about my meal with my daughter; a store clerk overheard us and piped up saying that her last 3 visits to her "previously favorite" ESM restaurant was horrible too. None of us would go back. Such a shame; used to be really good!

Really good Italian food for the price. I had the unlimited potato and bacon soup, along with the chicken parmigiana. The chicken parmigiana was very filling, especially after a couple bowls of soup.
The service was a tad bit slow because it didn’t seem like they were anticipating the restaurant being entirely full (it was an unseasonably warm day so I’m guessing more people were out to eat that evening).
The restaurant had quite a few kids in it, so it seemed kind of loud and I was unable to have a normal conversation without yelling across the table. Other than that there are plenty of TVs for watching sports around the bar side of the restaurant.
Vegetarian options: Ask your server for vegetarian options or substitutions
Parking: Parking lot is shared with a lot of other box stores.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options for kids of all ages

It’s okay. Food is affordable, so can’t complain about the prices much. You can tell they water down the Alfredo sauce because it was so so watery, flavour is very bland. But if you’re someone who wants average pasta at a decent price, this definitely is the place especially if you’re on a budget. The all you can eat soup/salad also makes up for it a little.
