Pre-ordered for carry out. Arrived and not only was it ready just before the expected time, but it was made perfectly. Some locations mess up the ratios of veggies, or put way too much of sauces, but both subs were absolutely perfect despite several customizations to each!

I really enjoy this location. Always delicious, I have yet to try something I didn't like.

Only reason for a 4 instead of 5 star is their public washrooms. They are always disgusting. I've been here about a dozen times and can't remember the bathrooms ever being clean. Twice I have walked in and turned around because it was so bad.

I believe it is important to communicate to others when a review is worth sharing. I was most impressed with my recent catering order from Firehouse Subs here in Barrhaven. The staff were very helpful, the subs were fresh and the catering items amazing! I had ordered for a large group of people and their comments were that the food was excellent! So pleased that I decided to do this catering with them. Thank you!
