Today I ordered the 40% off small pizza. And I firmly believe I was served a warmed up pizza as it was ready in less than 10 minutes, while being told they had done a medium by mistake. Really being thankful I tipped on the machine, didn't think much of it until I felt the dough and cheese. The Manager Jason took the time to call the location and myself to check in. They remembered there being a mistake on the order. The Manager followed up on my comment and offered me tomorrow's meal. Although I did not request any compensation, he insisted to make it right. When calling Gabe's myself all I get is HQ. So I do really appreciate Jason for his time and care to keeping his location at good standards and I will be giving them another shot

Going to be completely honest here, I used to hate the Ottawa/Lebanese style pizza (thick and chunky lol) and I have always preferred the traditional Italian type. This location has completely changed my mind. Every single time I have ordered, the pizza was hot and juicy. I live close by so it doesn’t have time to get cold and I think that’s the key. From a previous hater, this has now become one of my favorite pizza spots. I still don’t love other Gabe’s locations (personal preference), but this one is perfection. Everything is consistently delicious, hot and fresh, and the poutine is great. They use mozzarella with cheese curds so you still get some melted cheese in there. Not to mention the two guys I’ve seen working in the store are always very nice and pleasant to deal with. Zero complaints. I love this place. My friends have started ordering from here too because of it lol :)

We decided to try Gabriel's one night and ordered the thick crust. I was happily surprised at how good it was. It has become one of our regular rotation places now. Great for those movie watching nights in.
