One of the worst bubble teas I had. This location just not doing proper milk tea or bubble tea. Coconut jelly way too sweet, milk tea was warm/cold. We put our drink in the garbage after few sips. Not going back again

I came with a group of friends on a Friday evening. The girl working was extremely sweet and even put in effort to make our drinks look pretty for photos. 10/10 she deserves a raise. Look how cute she made my Crème Brûlée Strawberry Latte!! It was delicious and made with great care! I definitely will come back to this phenomenal service.

Beyond terrible service. Ordered for pickup through Google over 20mins ahead of arrival and the webpage was stuck on 'pending'. We called this location to ask if they got our order and was told they discontinued online ordering, but the option is still online taking payments for no reason.We then asked if they could make one drink in advance so we could quickly pay when we got there (already on the road). The girl over the phone (oct 3rd 230pm) said she would make it asap and actually took our order down. When we arrived the girl at the counter said nobody took any orders and no drink was made. We made sure the phone number we called was the correct location so we were clearly lied to.We then placed the order on the spot and she made the drink wrong and restarted which wasted more of our time. What is going on here?!

The bubble tea at gongcha is very good (lemon honey green tea and peach lemon green tea smoothie were my favourite). Workers there are polite, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate when one of the workers there helped with choosing what kind of drink I would enjoy with a kind attitude. 10/10 and will be coming back for more ?

Love the vegan smoothies! Always look forward for more drinks to try.Vegetarian options: A few vegan smoothie options and of course plain tea. The rest of the menu appears to be vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options. Go for plain tea if lactose intolerant.
