I am lost of words. At Lunch time, the customer service was amazing by Sam. The food was tasty, I ordered a chicken sandwich, the chicken was really juicy and I also ordered garlic potatoes, personally this was the best garlic I had ever tasted. And overall I had a phenomenal experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Sam for this lovely experience.

This place loves to serve you leftover meat, it taste like it was brought from the rotisserie to the fridge for over a week. If you like rotten meat this is your place to be. Everyone I gave a one star was for a reason, don’t make up excuses to serve rotten food to people and take there hard earned money. Learn to throw out your spoiled food rather than serve it to customers just so you can make money. Rather than being worried about my reviews be concerned about your customers you serve rotten food to. You deserve a 0 star.

Guava's Shawarma is by far second to none in the area, I can say that I have, and will continue to go out of my way to go there when I get shawarma in the city of Ottawa. The service is great. all the staff is friendly and are all easy to talk to. The service is fast and efficient. The food is delicious, I have ordered take-out, eaten in, and had my food delivered through Skip the Dishes in the past, and all 3 options are fantastic. Thank you Guava's for continued outstanding service!

I really wouldn't come back here again, the guy from srya was just not at all happy to be at work and wouldn't even properly make my sandwich or put it on the grill to be hot.. just told me to hurry up and pay. Definitely go across the street I remember they have better service then this..
