“Very fast and friendly service. Open concept, not crowded. A large variety to choose from and quite flexible in substitutions. I appreciate the calorie count and detailed ingredients. “Shares a spot with the rice dog place so nice to get the two together. It’s also nice to have bubble tea close to campus. It’s gone downhill since first opening though and inconsistent in quality. A previous time I went I had chocolate milk tea which I’m not sure if they didn’t clean the mixer properly or something or not mixing enough but there were grounds of something in it. This time with the strawberry milk tea it was fine and delicious. I wish they also had an easier to read menu as the font is tiny.
Also avoid the bathroom at all costs. It’s been an issue for at least a year but it smells like someone had explosive diarrhea and has started to smell in the main area now. I hope management fixes it soon along with the place being understaffed.
Vegetarian options: It’s bubble tea so there’s no meat on the menu. Although I’m not sure if the bubbles are made of animal gelatine.
Parking: Depending on the time of day, college square is either easy or difficult to find parking in“

“Just stopped here on our way from Quebec to Toronto and the staff was amazing. She was extremely helping at making suggestions for drinks. I've been to a few booster juices and the customer service here is exceptional. The drink suggested was the prefect pick-me-up for the long drive. My only regret was not getting the girl's name. She deserves some recognition especially in a time where good customer service is so rare.“
