“I recently bought a $20 gift card from booster juice at Place d'orleans only to realize that the card was never loaded with the $20 and we didn't have the original receipt. We dealt with the franchise owner Jacques. He was very professional and friendly and was able to fix our issue in a timely manner as well as gave us two free smoothies for the error. He provided exceptional customer service. We will definitely continue to visit the franchises he owns.“
“Customer service was very poor, only half of our order came to the table as we were told they’re out of chicken after getting half of it. So we had to eat just the fried rice and soup without any mains. They offered that the rice will be on the house, but then secretly charged us for it. Overall the staff was very disrespectful and not courteous at all. Food was good though but not worth the service we got.“

“The bubble teas are great, but pretty pricy, almost of these places are. Nice and bright, fun colours and really nice staff. Fresh fruits are always a plus. It's located near the food court on the upper level across from sunrise records.They have a self serve board for ordering and customizing your drinks. I personally love the jelly balls that pop in your mouth!“

Recommend if you like natural cold pressed juices.Don't throw away the glass bottles, bring them back when you return for more juices you can get in-store credit for juices and get a loyalty card as well this is new.“
