Good selections of milk tea and fresh fruit slashes. I tried the passion fruit with lychee jelle and it did not disappoint. Wait time was standard and prices are moderate for a bubble tea joint.
My kids and I do enjoy the bubble tea at the Real Fruit Bubble Tea.With their different options of toppings to choose from which my kids really enjoy, and to the options that I can make sure they do not take more sugar than they need. It is a win win!!!Their specialty Mango Diamond Slush is a must to try!

The only place I know that has durian smoothies. It's expensive, but good. $11.49 for a large, no toppings. Not too many people like durian, but I do. I guess that's why not a lot of places sell it, haha.
