“We have been eating here many time since it’s open . The Korean fire chicken is still a standout dish, with its spicy sauce that perfectly complements the tender meat. The addition of Chinese dishes has elevated the menu even further. The BBQ duck is crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, while the chicken is marinated to perfection.
The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I highly recommend trying their desserts as well; it's the perfect sweet treat to round off your dining experience. Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in delicious Korean and Chinese flavors!“

“Highly recommend . The food was great“
“First time here, Panini and soup was unreal. Like everyone else it's a little hard to find. When you go in the lobby your auto instinct is to take the elevators to the right, but no go left and you will see the sign and the stairs right beside. Busy place to do you know it's good.“

“The food has been Wonderful! Like you are in Korea. The Kimchi was delicious, as was the exceptional Bulgogi and Jeyuk. The Dongas taste as good and tasty as a wienerschnitzel but then better! You go here for the food and friendly service. The ambiance is alright, but very clean!“

“I went to Kimbap for the first time on a Saturday, around midday. The gentleman was very welcoming and extremely efficient. I ordered the beef kimbap which was absolutely delicious, and ready in record time! The atmosphere is cozy and well arranged. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat whether on your lunch break or just passing by, it's a must visit.“

“I was craving bibimbap so decided to try Korean House restaurant! I’m very glad I did - the portion size is generous and the ingredients are delicious! Would recommend dinning in to enjoy the crispy rice from the stone pot bowl. The staff are also very attentive and friendly.“

“Vegan, gluten-free options! 🥰 Food was fresh and delicious. You can buy their kimchi (2 types) and so, so good. Never thought I would find gluten-free vegan Korean dishes in Ottawa. So glad you are doing this! 🙏“
“This place is brand new. Very clean, nice space. Quick and polite service and tasty food. I'm looking forward to coming back to try some of the other menu items. The one thing I would improve is the quantity of weather waffle fries. They were tasty but the portion was on the small side.“

“Sushi Fresh took a wet, tired evening in the ByWard Market and quietly turned it into something almost luminous. Rain was still clinging to coats when the door closed behind and the room wrapped everything in a softer light. The staff moved like they actually cared whether the day ended well. Small questions, careful glances, water glasses topped up before they were empty. Nothing showy, just a calm intention that settled the table and slowed the clock a little.
Then the sushi arrived, all together on the most beautiful plate I have ever seen. A long wooden board, smooth and warm, carrying five specialty rolls laid out like a painter’s last careful strokes. Colour everywhere. Deep reds, pale greens, small sparks of orange, each piece holding its place as if it had rehearsed it. For a moment it felt wrong to touch anything. The first bite broke the spell only to build a new one. Rice with the right weight, fish that tasted clean and alive, sauces that whispered instead of shouted. Sharing those rolls in that quiet bubble of warmth while the rain kept falling outside felt strangely intimate. It was only dinner, yet walking out it felt like the kind of small, perfect scene the mind keeps for days when it needs proof that beauty still shows up without warning.“

“The atmosphere is a little bit of a turn off for me, their tables are made of a circular slab of wood on top of a oil barrel, theirs usually flies flying around. But on the other hand, their fried chicken may or may not be some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. As for the service, I have no complaints about it.“

“This cozy little sushi spot is family-owned and run by a lovely mother-daughter duo, which gives it such a personal and welcoming touch. The space is quite small, but it has a warm and comfortable vibe that makes you feel right at home. They also offer daily specials during the week, which is a nice bonus and shows they care about keeping things fresh and interesting.
I tried both the Tuna Love and Salmon Love combos. Personally, the tuna didn’t impress me much — it lacked the same freshness and flavor that I was hoping for. The salmon, on the other hand, was absolutely fantastic — fresh, buttery, and perfectly cut. I’d honestly go back just for that combo alone.
The gyoza was the only slight disappointment, as it tasted more like something cooked from frozen rather than made in-house. Still, that’s a small trade-off considering how great the salmon sushi was overall.
If you’re looking for a warm, family-run sushi spot with quality salmon and friendly service, this place is a hidden gem worth checking out!“

“Wowowow this food was sooooo delicious! We ordered 2 main meals and shared between 2. The potion sizes were huge so we were totally full. We got a boneless chicken and I would say a small is definitely enough food. We also got a K bowl with beef. The flavors were so amazing. We got some honey garlic sauce and it was by far our favorite. I don’t think we liked their BBQ sauce. They accidentally got our order wrong and gave us a huge fired chicken platter. I notified them of the mistake and they let us keep them and gave us the correct order. Very nice of them. I would 100% go back next time I am in Canada as there were so many more things I wanted to try on the menu!“

“The quality of food is still the same, and my friend and I enjoy very much. It is the service that I have problem with: extensive wait time due to tables are not cleaned and ready, poor management on the floor (yup, the cleaning of the table is part of this problem). The floor staff should prioritize what should be done first and what's next (although there are only two guys on the floor). Changing the large portion of the restaurant to be the all-you-can-eat bbq is a bad move, and the choice is so limited makes me regret the first and only time when me and my girlfriends had the bbq. I hope they can be flexible on yhat.“

“I love Raon Kitchen's kimchi. it's not as salty as the store bought ones and tastes amazing. it's a staple item in my fridge. I've recently tried the gochujang paste and it's also wonderful. Hana's service is outstanding. We're fortunate to have Raon in Ottawa.“

“We stopped by this restaurant on Saturday evening with our family of five and were greeted and seated right away. Instead of the all-you-can-eat BBQ, we ordered a variety of dishes from the menu. Even my three picky kids enjoyed everything we tried. We had the bibimbap, bulgogi, seafood platter, pork and potato stew, chicken fried rice, and California rolls. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, full of flavour, and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“This place is absolutely perfect! Both the interior and exterior are well-designed, giving it a clean and inviting vibe. There’s plenty of parking available, and it’s fully wheelchair accessible, which is great.
The food is delicious — everything was cooked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. What makes it even better is that they also have Gong Cha boba milk tea inside! For people like me who love pairing good food with boba, it’s the best of both worlds — you can enjoy both at the same time and in the same place.
Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re craving a tasty Korean rice dog and a refreshing boba drink.“
