“First time here, Panini and soup was unreal. Like everyone else it's a little hard to find. When you go in the lobby your auto instinct is to take the elevators to the right, but no go left and you will see the sign and the stairs right beside. Busy place to do you know it's good.“

“Shares a spot with the rice dog place so nice to get the two together. It’s also nice to have bubble tea close to campus. It’s gone downhill since first opening though and inconsistent in quality. A previous time I went I had chocolate milk tea which I’m not sure if they didn’t clean the mixer properly or something or not mixing enough but there were grounds of something in it. This time with the strawberry milk tea it was fine and delicious. I wish they also had an easier to read menu as the font is tiny.

Also avoid the bathroom at all costs. It’s been an issue for at least a year but it smells like someone had explosive diarrhea and has started to smell in the main area now. I hope management fixes it soon along with the place being understaffed.

Vegetarian options: It’s bubble tea so there’s no meat on the menu. Although I’m not sure if the bubbles are made of animal gelatine.

Parking: Depending on the time of day, college square is either easy or difficult to find parking in“

“I liked everything, except toilet. Had to wash and wipe toilet seat and toilet in order to use it. 😞 You might say that it was dirty after me. If I use toilet, I use it that way so nobody will have to wash and wipe after me. Even if I had a small kid and it happened that kid accidentally made a pee on toilet seat, I would wash it and wipe it right away after usage of toilet seat. So there's no reason to blame me.
Looks like someone from workers or cleaner didn't pay much attention to that part of washroom.
That's why I can give only 4 stars for overall mark.“

“My daughters took me here for a birthday meal to eat my favourite food which is Korean and I was not disappointed at all. Efficient service, wonderful staff and most of all delicious food. I also want to add the mango/grapefruit splash drink was amazingly good.“

We visited this restaurant on a day-trip to Ottawa. Pretty assuming from the outside and inside.

We were immediately served with tea as we were settling in our kids.

Ordered the fish cakes, deokbakki, miso soup to start - excellent seasoning.

We ordered the bibimbap, bulgogi, spicy pork. What a blast of beautiful flavour and texture. Easily one of my top 10 meals.“

“Great experience getting the lunch take-out special for only $15. The Thursday donkatsu was very good with big portions. The chicken was a bit dry and chewy but otherwise no complaints.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is take-out oriented so limited seating for waiting or in-person dining.“

They only provided 3 slices of potatoes and small pieces of kimchi though which was very disappointing.

The chicken was on the dryer side, they made the decision to not cut the breast into smaller pieces which made things over cooked. We were promised every cut of the chicken but we were missing the thighs. They instead only gave us the backbone of the thigh and the actual thigh meat and bone wasn’t there. Was misleading.“

It is the service that I have problem with: extensive wait time due to tables are not cleaned and ready, poor management on the floor (yup, the cleaning of the table is part of this problem). The floor staff should prioritize what should be done first and what's next (although there are only two guys on the floor). Changing the large portion of the restaurant to be the all-you-can-eat bbq is a bad move, and the choice is so limited makes me regret the first and only time when me and my girlfriends had the bbq. I hope they can be flexible on yhat.“
