Chicken was good enough coleslaw had a long hair, and what appeared to be some fake eyelashes in it. I would pursue thos further but I'm visiting from Vancouver. Mary Browns was recommended by family members and to be honest I'm profoundly disappointed.

Order one type of fry and get a blend. Fry types being mixed together is common here. Check your food before you leave, very common to have a missing item and staff don't care that you had to make a second trip. If you make simple requests like separate specific item to its own bag, or a little less/more seasoning, even asking for a splash of seasoning on poppers you can expect a sour reaction. Chicken is sliced in half on big mary Monday sandwich making for a dry leathery experience.
The quality has dropped month after month. Still good but for how long...
The biggest disappointment is how the staff used to be very friendly and gave amazing service and now neither.
I could go on however I think this tells enough of the story.

Ms. Gauri, in particular to her service, is amazing—always friendly, attentive, and goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location!
