This restaurant used to be a place I loved to go with my kids. My kids especially loved the play place. But OMG the last three times this place was a totally different experience.The floors were very dirty, the hand sanitizer dispensers were not filled up, same the soap dispenser in the wash room. Needless to say that the wash rooms were dirty, too.There was barely a clean table available. We asked the staff if they could clean our table, please and were told "that the janitor is off today" and they left it to us to clean the sticky and filthy table.They were hiding the table locators behind the cashier. To avoid table service?The coffee I ordered was served lukewarm.I noticed that a customer was served an ice cream cone with bare hands and without gloves.Luckily I brought my own hand sanitizer so that we were able to keep up with the hand hygiene before eating and to clean the table ourselves.Owner please bring your manager and staff up to speed, so that this becomes a great place again.

I have been going to this location for about 4 years now, it seems during the dayshift they have a habit of getting orders completely wrong. I was the only car in the drive through, ordered a Jr chicken and a coffee with 1 milk and 1 espresso, I ended up receiving a Jr chicken with no patty and a coffee with 3 cream. This seemingly only happens during the day shift but its 50/50 if you actually get what you order, always check your order at the window at this location or you WILL be screwed over inevitably

Terrible management at this McDonald's. A manager had a chance today to right a wrong and give good customer service to us and failed completely! Customer service is terrible, wait times are terrible! This is the closest one to my house, but I will go to the Kanata one instead! WAY better service at the one on Hazeldean!!!!

This particular location used to be absolutely reliable for food quality and restaurant cleanliness.I was in at about 8:30am, and it would seem the cleaning crew had not actually cleaned anything overnight or to open up.The dining area was a mess and the ladies restroom was dismal and in need of sanitizing.I hope this was just an off day.
