Miscommunication with one of our 6 dinners, but they were very quick to listen, and correct the error with a change of meal.
It was a very busy dinner time, they did have 6 birthday dinners happening just in our time there.

We visit frequently with family and friends. Staff are always super friendly and the food delicious. Great service from Rob and Kiersten during our most recent visits to the Ottawa/Merivale location.

So I go to Montana on Merival Road in Ottawa. It's my very first time with my wife. We sit down. Looks like a nice place. I noticed that everybody was eating ribs . So before I ordered I don't know if I would like the ribs. So I asked the waitress for a sample. She said no. I was totally surprised She said no. I cannot sample one. I said what if I order and I don't like it. She says oh well. So I got up me and my wife we left. we went two local Heroes and was treated very well. They even gave us a sample. We liked it and we ate. I don't recommend this place for what just happened That's not the way to treat your customers
