The food I had was excellent, hot and fresh. My brother did mention that on his Austin steak and cheese sandwich he felt the brisket was a bit fatty so he struggled with that but the flavor was very good and he still enjoyed it. No one else had any issues and loved it. Our server was Ashley and she was outstanding, went above and beyond to make my 6-year-old nephew's day, since it was his birthday. I would definitely return and Ashley should be commended for how great her service was, very engaging, attended a detail and just super friendly.

We drive 2.5hours from Montreal to eat at this establishment. The food is just fantastic, specially the wings. The staff is so much too. We always ask for Jackie to be our host. She's funny, bubbly, knowledgeable,sweet and amazing. She makes the experience that much more incredible. If you havent been here yet, what are you waiting for? Consider this your cue to gooooo!!! You wont regret it!

I recently visited Montana's Merivale and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience primarily due to the service provided by the receptionist. Despite arriving an hour earlier than our reservation, and noticing the restaurant wasn't busy, I was told they couldn't accommodate us until 6:30 pm. After modifying my reservation to 5:45 pm, I was able to be seated, but by then, our mood was already spoiled. I have been a frequent visitor to this place with my daughter, but after this experience, I believe this will be our last visit. It's disheartening to have a restaurant we've enjoyed in the past be tarnished by poor customer service. I hope they improve their approach to accommodating guests in the future.

We often have the same waiter (who is great), always smiling and ready to help - napkins, water, utensils etc. He's a big reason we keep coming back!

Don't get me wrong, the food was good. Although the coleslaw could be better, it had no flavor. I gave 2 stars for overall because the food took foreverrrrrrr to come out. My reservation was at 615, and food wasn't served til 717. Over an hour!?! Party of 3 ordered two rib dinners and a steak. No starters. That's unacceptable. Next time I may consider going somewhere less tasty, but with better service. Montanas, how can you make this better?
Best sweet potatoes fries I have ever had. Cut thin and crispy. Cheese burger was excellent!! Andrea the bartender is personable and efficient. And very fun!
