The sirloin steak was the highlight, the service congenial and competent. The stuffed potato had no taste, my dining partners' tea was sent back because it was tepid at best.

We had Ray today a new waiter to us. She was bubbly and friendly and efficient. We had 2 young children speaking very loudly behind us. Hard to relax. Just loud and windy. Too bad we're there as long as us. Usually this doesn't happy on a Friday night but oh well.

When you reserve online, they do not check the side of the restaurant you want to sit in. They do not look at special instructions. We wen't for a birthday, and wanted to sit on the restaurant side. We also requested a birthday song, as they normally do because it was the first time he would have had one sung for him at a resaurant. We were sat at the bar side as they didn't have the space on the other side, and nobody even came by based on the special request at all. I just wished they would have at least looked at these things because if not, why even ask??

I can't lie, Alexus is a an absolute gem of a person and even better server. I came in today with Beyoncé and even her high standards were met. Alexus's customer service was so far and beyond that Beyoncé and I will be back.
