Miscommunication with one of our 6 dinners, but they were very quick to listen, and correct the error with a change of meal.

We visit frequently with family and friends. Staff are always super friendly and the food delicious. Great service from Rob and Kiersten during our most recent visits to the Ottawa/Merivale location.

Friends attended lunch but unfortunately there was a power outage in the area that day. We were served drinks prior to the power outage but we were not able to order any food until the power was restored and their system was up and running again.... no fault to Montana's. We will be back to try for lunch again. Server was very helpful informing us but also helpless as to what he could do for us.
