bought a POUTINE was very little gravy it’s not worth the price very disappointed

I've been eating at NYF since I was in high school 26 years ago. I've never felt any negative way about the fries until I started eating at Bayshore. The fries taste starchy. At other locations the fries seem to be cooked longer or something cause the fries are crisper and more golden. When the manager at Bayshore made the fries they were perfect and he told me why they may taste different when his staff make them but I forgot what he said. Something about sugar? The location seems popular so people must not mind the taste, but if you compare it to other locations, it's not the same at all. The staff are pleasant and the good comes quick. This is only a negative review regarding taste.

I ordered the pulled pork poutine. The pulled pork was in a rich sauce which was amazing not just bbq sauce. My only issue is the fries where a little basic, could use a double fry for some crunch.
